The second the picture is taken, we’ll display it on our huge plasma screens to check everyone is smiling and is thrilled with their prom photo; you can have as many re-takes as you like! Remember, there’s no pressure to decide and absolutely no obligation to buy and we promise that you’ll only ever pay for the prom photographs that you actually want.
Whichever photo you do choose, you can be assured you’ll look as stunning in print as you do in person because we only use the best photographic equipment and state-of-the-art photo printers.
Prom Photos The Way You Want Them
Because proms can be unpredictable and you don’t want to be babysitting your pictures all night we offer a few different ways for you to get your photos. We can print them instantly, you can pick them up during the course of the evening or you could let us take the strain and simply pick your prom photos up from your department a few days after the prom. We can even arrange to have your photos delivered to your door anywhere in the world, so if it’s just before a holiday or you’re about to leave the country, nothing will get between you and your photographs.
We know you don’t want to waste your evening queuing for a photo so we ensure that you won’t have to wait more than 15 minutes for a studio session and a chance to get a photo you’ll love.
Simply Photos
With our standard prom package there is no attendance fee, no shooting fees and no time fees. You’ve got the freedom to have as many photographs taken as you like and you’ll only pay for the photographs you want to keep.

What Does it Cost?
- With our standard package there’s absolutely no cost to the organiser whatsoever, unless you decide to include the photographs in the ticket price.
- Your guests are welcome to have as many, or as few, photographs taken as they wish. Just because they have a photo taken doesn’t mean they have to buy it - there is no obligation at all. If they do decide to purchase, they can do this on the spot and have the print in their hands in minutes, or they can order at their leisure from the galleries on our website. Can reprints of my Prom Photographs be ordered?
Yes, all photographs will be uploaded to our website after your prom, usually within 48 hours. Reprints can be ordered via our website or by sending a cheque through the post.
What will you actually do at the prom?
- We’ll set up one or more portable digital studios where we can take a selection of photographs for your guests.
- We’ll take lots and lots of photographs of everyone - couples, groups and singletons. Because you only pay for the photographs you want to keep and not the shots you have taken, you can come back again and again throughout the evening with lots of different friends.
- Photos are instantly shown on our huge plasma screens so guests can check their smile and make their selections.
- Once you’ve chosen your photographs they’ll be printed out in a matter of minutes.
What are your requirements?
Ideally we’d like an indoor space of about 4×5m with access to electricity to be able to set up our studio lights & backdrop, instant printers and viewing screens. It is possible for us to work with much less, but the level of service will be reduced accordingly.
